Where it lives

Form submissions arrive by email and are stored in our standard business tools (email, calendar). Service providers we rely on — for example email delivery and calendar scheduling — process this data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may also request that we do not sell or share personal information — we already don't. Email hello@tenfolddevs.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as the conversation is active or as required by U.S. law. We delete on request.

Children

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
